Because of the relatively short shelf life of these preservative-free products, we recommend freezing under proper wrapping, except Gelbwurst (refer to No. 304 and Bavarian Loaf No. 312).

BLACK FOREST BACON

This is a very fine ready-to-eat bacon, smoked according to the old Black Forest Tradition. Can be served hot or cold. Cut thick and heat in lentil or pea soup, with sauerkraut or cabbage. ( Vacuum Packed )

IRISH LOIN - cooked boneless

Another delicious ready-to-eat loin, carefully cut to include the eye of the loin, making it an outstanding Irish tradition. Slice thin like a boiled ham; serve like a cold cut. Can also be shortly fried like Canadian Bacon, or cut thicker and grill or steam, as a hot dish with potatoes or vegetables.
