Because of the relatively short shelf life of these preservative-free products, we recommend freezing under proper wrapping, except Gelbwurst (refer to No. 304 and Bavarian Loaf No. 312).

All our Sausages, Bacon and Ham products are naturally smoked and contain:
1. NO ARTIFICIAL COLORING
2. NO EXTENDERS
3. NO FILLERS
4. NO MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE
Lower salt and preservative-free products are available. (See list.)
