The Butcher’s Daughter, known to us as Julie Schaller, is actually this butcher’s granddaughter, and she knowledgeably carries on our tradition with style. A stronghold of German quality and cuisine, Ms. Schaller’s “meat boutique” is available for private events in and around San Francisco. She is a purveyor of our finest meats, which she has enjoyed since childhood: several varieties of pates, cervelat, bockwurst, and 100% beef weiners, to name a few.
